Your son has been romantically linked to Paris Hilton and Mary-Kate Olsen. What’s the obvious thing to do? Appear in a music video for a Pittsburgh boy who works at a cemetery when he’s not busy splicing together song samples, of course…

Daphne Guinness (yes, that Guinness) makes her second music video appearance (her first being Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness” vid) in Wise Blood‘s beautiful, barely NSFW clip for the ethereal mashup/sample jam, “B.I.G. E.G.O.”.

Speaking of “big ego” (calm down, it’s not always a bad thing…), Wise Blood (pseudonym of Pennsylvania-native Chris Laufman) has some very high hopes for himself. As Laufman told Pitchfork, “I basically want to become the best as soon as possible. I want to rival Kanye, popularity-wise.”
Well, we can’t say much about whether or not Wise Blood’s upcoming EP (expecting an early 2011 release) with earn him a 10.0, but we will drop a word of advice: Chris, it’s all about the cherub imagery…
