BBQ Blowout with Sean Rembold of Reynard on August 4, 2015

We finished this summer’s BBQ Blowout series with a nod to one of our favorite places to hang in the Burg, Reynard. Chef Sean Rembold ran the grills as Williamsburg’s ultimate host, Andrew Tarlow, helps raise a glass to the last month of summer.

Behind the bar guests were treated to a complimentary Brooklyn Brewery Beer and Jameson Irish Whiskey with every purchased plate of food.

The BBQ Plate included:
Beef rib sandwich with poblano tzatziki and cabbage
Grilled corn with melon and pickled jalapeño
Tomatoes and stone fruit, red onion, feta and basil
