For those of you who aren’t already in the know: Sexy Lazer, née Jón Atli Helgason, is an Iceland native who has collaborated with the likes of Kasper Björke and is a founding member of the electronic glam group HumanWoman. He received nom de vinyl accidentally after being nominated the sexiest DJ in the Icelandic party scene. Sexy Lazer cut his teeth as an indie DJ about ten years ago and slowly veered toward dance music. He served as a resident DJ at legendary Icelandic hot spots Sirkus and Kaffibarinn in Reykjavik. He is now a Copenhagen, Denmark based house Dj and a producer that is moving up and playing around the world. He is still driving the ladies and the gays crazy on the dance floor.
