We know, we know. We’ve been lagging in the trap music game. But fear no more, because we’re back in action with Houcemate’s “Bliss,” although it barely classifies as trap. Slow and deliberate, “Bliss” has a totally unique vibe, and we want to hear more.

If you’re looking for some direction, Fatboy Slim & Riva Starr might be able to provide some guidance…or at least the Williamsburg man-on-a-bender they spoke to on the street can. The two mixed a recording of his voice into a tune called “Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat,” released just yesterday on Beatport. We can resonate with this advice, because we live it. Good to know Fatboy Slim and Riva Starr appreciate the stories of strangers as much as we do, too.

Durante took a risk by remixing “All The Youths” by Vass, a trap single with some big sound, but it definitely paid off. With a higher BPM and more drum beats, Durante has transformed this track from trap to some kind of dark electro. Now we feel like dancing.
