Thanks to Frances Rose‘s debut single, “Vampire” we now have hard factual evidence that there are glow in the dark vampires living on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Be warned, rumor has it there are still several glowin’ vampy vamps lurkin’ about The Darkroom where this video was shot!
