Airtight is the first song of what’s to come from Drlkt Freddie, a new band/live act/production duo comprised of NYC based DJs Van Scott and Jad Cooper.

The song is a care free ode to going out, having fun and living the love of music without any pretense.

Drlklt Freddie is working on several original tracks with the anticipation of releasing an EP in 2009 on DANR Music. Rapping and singing on melodic, beat driven tracks that incorporate nu-wave, punk, indie and electro sounds comprises a unique sound in a class of its own with the common goal of making people dance.

Drlkt Freddie recently completed an official remix for Lauren Flax and Sia‘s new song You’ve Changed, also coming out on DANR Music in early 2009.

The next official remix is for an upcoming Princess Superstar song, produced by Alexander Technique.
