Thursday night Jack Daniel’s wrapped its two-day, 35,000-square-foot rock band’s fantasy, Motel 7. Staged in a two-floor warehouse in Greenpoint, BK, the concept was Jack’s take on a hard-partying band’s on-the-road experience between gigs. That means: Andrew WK officiating (real) weddings in a chapel (see Flavorpill’s Leah Taylor renewing vows); T-Pain headlining the mainstage; 50 hosts (like @danithemaid @jakethejanitor) manning a dozen “guest rooms”; a (real) pool, deck and cabanas; a game room; a recording studio; a donut shop; a makeover salon; a royal suite; and a hidden speakeasy. All staged by Mirrorball. The tour continues, in 2016, with gigs in Miami, Austin, Los Angeles and Chicago.
