Throwback Thursday to athletic slide on sandals that everyone was rockin’ back in the 90s…

The slide sandal in an athletic styling is making it’s way back onto our feet. This trend makes us reminisce back to grade school when the sporty jocks would pair these babies with their knee high lacrosse and soccer socks.

Since athletic wear has become acceptable outside the gym and off the field, we aren’t the least bit shocked that these Adidas and Nike inspired slip ons are making an appearance.

This trend has brought back the original Adidas black and white stripes slip ons and even some updated versions along the way.
