Brooklyn trio MEN (headed by JD Samson formally of Le Tigre fame) deliver energetic electro-pop with a message. On their myspace they proclaim that they use their music to “speak to issues such as wartime economies, sexual compromise and demanding liberties” after all, what better way to make a statement about wartime economies than to the tune of a funky disco beat?
