Groove Armada‘s new track, “Paper Romance” definitely has a party vibe to it.

On the other hand, the video has more of Courtney Love thing going for it, but the slightly somber theme combined with the groups folie à deux in a late night dive diner really make the video a hot mess you just can’t resist.
