Designer, Leila Shams, known for her animal inspired collections has done it again … this time with a parrot.

Check out her black Silk Tee-Dress with its beaded embroidered shoulders and multi-colored parrot design on its front.

This dress can be paired with almost any colored heels or wedges and shhhh! it has secret sequin underlaying, making the dress sparkle in the light.
