DJ MAKJ has recently risen through the ranks of DJ/producer-hood, getting his tracks played by festival headliners all summer, even commanding a few outdoor stages himself. We recall mostly edits and remixes from MAKJ, but now,  others are doing the remixing for him. Released yesterday on Juicy Music, MAKJ’s “Hold Up” remixes by SCNDL and Bro Safari with UFO are worth listening to.

In case you aren’t a “festival-type music” fan, here’s a recent production from Beckwith feat. Catherine Porter. The 2 tracks are titled “Back to Love” and “Townsend Sling,” releasing August 5 on Anjunadeep. A New York-based DJ, Beckwith has given us fellow New Yorkers a reason to relax with this breathable deep house tune.
