About Neurotic Drum Band:
Neurotic Drum Band is comprised of New York dance music stalwarts John Selway and Elliot "Ulysses" Taub. Selway is something of a legend, having co-produced some of Deep Dish’s earliest — and arguably finest — moments, not to mention being one-half of techno stalwarts Smith & Selway, and a part of NYC supergroup Rancho Relaxo Allstars with Abe Duque. And did we mention that John discovered Fischerspooner, too? Yes? Good. Ulysses has been around the block as well, having been a key player in New York’s burgeoning electro resurgence a decade ago. The man’s recent releases on Bear Funk, Internasjonal, Nang, not to mention his Wurst and Throne of Blood debuts, respectively, are nothing short of stellar.
